They consist of:

• plans for execution – including the site plan, plans of every floor and the roof, sections and elevations of all the facades and the essential details, all at a suitable scale for the contractor to submit a price and to construct the work;
• details – large scale drawings of certain parts of the building with the materials, assemblies, profiles and dimensions clearly indicated;
• general terms and specifications of all the materials and their installation required to proceed to tenders;
• reviewed cost estimates for the work, by specification sections, prepared at the preliminary phase;
• addenda to contract documents;
• bid analysis and appropriate suggestions
