Elsa Leblanc

Elsa has been a member of the team since 2007. She is hands down our most talented member conceptually and technically. Efficient in all stages of the project, she has just completed the new Ville Lasalle veterinary clinic, with an aesthetic signature that marries all the heavy functional constraints of an animal hospital with ease. Elsa’s rigor and her desire for precision also make her a valuable ally during the construction stage because of her attention to detail and her vast technical knowledge. Vézina Architectes stands out because of her. In January 2018, we obtained the first SCAOPI (PPCMOI in French) zoning change in the City of Westmount’s history with her participation in the 500 Claremont Av. multi-unit project.
